We loved our sweetest, smartest, most AWESOME cat Teddy Bear. (Ted) He had rapid growing tumors under his tongue. We had hoped it was just a basic infection caused by abscessed teeth but it wasn't. We took him to emergency Thursday and had to make the difficult choice of saying goodbye earlier than hoped for.

We loved him so much.

I forgot to get the ID tags when I was at Wal-mart Sat. but I have the collars. Jasmine's is green, Ted blue and Shauni orange. They had bells on them but even with only Jasmine wearing hers, the jingles got really annoying. But theyr'e bright colored and have sparkly paws on them too. It's for emergencies. I should've done this ages ago. Shauni used to wear a collar when she was really little but I somehow got out of the habit of her wearing it. Maybe I was considering...

I still have one dog and that's Tilly. I figured out a long time ago that she's a Cairn Terrier. (A Wizard of Oz dog) So I am doing some more research on her breed tonight and came across something very interesting. Notice her jaw.

I found a new vet and we went to see him this morning. He was SO nice and the office staff is wonderful. Dr. Moore spent a long time talking with me about all the options for her and her history. They got ALL her records from both vets she's been to before, meaning the one in MI too. Got her some steroids to clear up this flare and some antibiotic for 30 days to help with the inflammation. He said her eyes lids are so thin that they're scratching...

I took these last night. She's getting puss in her eyes again. I need to get her eye cream from the vet's office. I hope they'll let me without having to take her in. It's been sorta a while since she was last there. Which btw, I did clean her eyes out after these pics. I just use these pics for future reference. Helps me see progress or lack of progress better.

I took her to a park today to walk and she just couldn't do it. There's a couple of hills but for the most part she should've been able to handle the walk. Poor thing. And her hips locked up when we got home. She almost couldn't get out of the car and when she finally did, couldn't even make a 3" step onto the porch. I had to tug her up. She's a 65-70 lb dog, I can't lift her. But I think I'm going to buy her this thing that's for...
