I grilled it up, then in the last 5 minutes I put on some honey french salad dressing, then cut it up small and put it in a huge salad with tons of lettuce, tomatoes, crutons, some mozzerella cheese and then topped it with honey french dressing (mine, Eric wanted ranch) and it was sooooo good!! Perfect for a nice hot day Eli ate just chopped up chicken with the one leftover tortilla from last night (he hates lettuce, lol)

Posts: 25460 Thu, Jun 4, 2009 10:59 PM Poetry Rules with this Shnazzy Chik!	I wish ours was like on Tuesday. It's so late in the week that I'm exhausted by the time it comes! The chicken turned out REALLY good. I did it different this time. First I seasoned it with Season All. Then breaded it with graham cracker crumbs. Last night I had a hot dog, mystery salad, sweet n sour meatballs and some of those little bbq hot dogs, but they weren't very good, they were NOT normal hot dogs...must have been turkey or something, they were super chewy Some fruit, a little cheese and crackers and some chips and dip I grazed all night! Tonight, it's just me and the boy. Maybe I'll get us some pizza or something

I hope they're good. There's onion, cheese and pepper in them. And egg to hold them together. I have no bread crumbs, not even graham cracker crumbs. Though lately I have used actual bread crumbs just because I've had it around. My ribs came out so good. I even made garlic mashed potatoes which Eric looooved. Eli ate his WHOLE plate and then some of my meat and some of Eric's potato! He even almost finished his carrots! Shocking
