Posts: 340 Thu, May 29, 2008 12:39 PM Weird Member	I'm glad none of you work for the N.I. Rates office. Watch a bunch of r**ded fits. Jez, after today I'm sooo tempted to go postal. Why am I so angry? You might ask. The team I'm in has been informed we are being moved to another floor. Now this might not seem too bad, but this is the 4th, yes the 4TH time in 1 b**y year if less that both myself and a couple of others have been moved round the damn office. Thats 3 managers and three teams I've now gone through in that time. Thas excluding some of the other guys there are well. And yes I'm only just in the door from the damn place.

They're trying to get a team together in place of us in the same room to deal with what we refer to as 'Correspondence'. Sort of incoming & outgoing post and all the stuff that goes with it. The problem is half of the guys who have experience in that field are being moved with me! To make it worse half of the team don't want to move either. Its typical that the management do it at the last moment as they know we'll kick up a stick about it.

I'm getting moved down to head office for 2-3 months and then the team I'm going to is mving up to where I'm at for a further 3 or 4 further months! I don't even know anything about this other bloody team and now theres two of us being thrown in at the deep end. And its damn well a temp thing! We be both back in our own section again on or before Christmas!. Jeez, I'm seriously considering either quitting altogether. Can't even put a complaint in since its the bosses themselves coming up with these ideas.

Posts: 332 Mon, Jun 9, 2008 12:46 PM Weird Member	To make it even worse the bloody manager over the whole section only announced it last Friday at 3:30 pm and left at 4:00pm. The sneaky ****. My own line manager was of that day and had only been informed late that Thursday after I'd left for the day. The impression I got of her was she was near in tears because of all this. I've certainly noticed some favouritism in the section and the two of us thats being sent down don't seem to be in this little clique the overall manager has.

Out for a smoke out the side of the building with them and she had a go at the guy that organsing the whole thing. Said the place needed 'experienced' staff like me around and if stuck I could go to her team. So theres a possibility.
