And I've already taken some of that tin foil off the windows. $:\$ Our new house. Alot of the junk has been cleaned up but I need to get updated pics taken. Posts: 26162 Sat, Jul 15, 2006 10:00 AM Poetry Rules with this Shnazzy Chik!	I'm gonna keep up with showing progress pics so ya'll can see how our house is coming along. So now here's 15 more pictures. I'll put some de*****ions, don't worry. But this isn't the finished products, just progress. Livingroom (view from the diningroom) The door accross is the front door, the smaller door is to the guest room that's a storage room currently. And there's no carpeting, just area rugs because we pulled out the nasty carpeting that was in there. I was thinking to replace the carpet with another carpet, but after watching some do it yourself (DIY) TV last night, I'm thinking I want that hardwood floor look, those strips you know? Front door from the hallway Hallway from the guest bath Washer and dryer in hallway (My new dryer btw ) Guest bath at the end of the hallway Computer room off the hallway (not finished obviously ) Kitchen upon entering from diningroom (No dining room pics yet, it's not finished) Views from the kitchen window Back porch off the ktchen The view off the back porch "No one else can speak the words on your lips."

I'm back and forth, I like carpets in winter cuz they keep your feet warmer and you just vacuum and you're done. But sweeping can be so annoying to me. I hate sweeping, even though I've got my handy janiter kind of sweeper Although, these floors in this house don't seem to get as bad as the other house would, so that's a plus. But, if I have wood flooring, I usually like an area rug, which then, I've got sweeping AND vacuuming. "No one else can speak the words on your lips."

Posts: 16630 Mon, Jul 17, 2006 8:16 PM Elijah & Audrey's Mommy!	yeah the only thing with wood flooring is if you have pets the hair blows around on it, and it's a pain to get swept up so you still do have to vaccum now and then (at least I do) and the hair collects really bad underneath things, like our futon....when we lived in the carpeted apartment we didnt have that problem...but then it depends on the carpet too. The one in the den is fine but the one in the hallway shows every tiny little thing that gets on it flooring can be so confusing
